In December 2010 I signed a contract to be the technical director for Al Jazira until the first of July in 2013.
From that moment we completed the Al Jazira Academy plan and I committed myself to this Al Jazira Academy plan.
My first target will be to make a smooth transition for the academy into the new accommodation in Swahamekh in the summer of 2011.
The facilities offered to us there, will make it possible to develop the talent in the players and run a professional Academy.
The measures we take for improvement and development of the players are written down into the Al Jazira technical plan.
The implementation of the philosophy of playing, training, coaching and fitness training will take place in this year.
I expect that Al Jazira will set a standard for all Academies in the region and shall deliver many talents to professional football in general and of course to our own first team.
